This clever networking means that all the detectors combined and connected to the ProHome/Protect series are activated in the event of an alarm. What happens if you are asleep and the CO concentration exceeds a critical value which is harmful? The extra loud 85 dB volume ensures you are woken immediately before anything worse happens.
